Our Comprehensive
Training Program
Majestic Property Management provides a comprehensive training program that combines classroom and on-the-job learning to set franchisees up for success. The 24-hour classroom training covers an introduction to Majestic Property Management, strategies for exiting or acquiring a traditional property management company, and how to “Majestify” an existing business.
It also dives into implementing Majestic’s additional income streams and mastering the day-to-day operations needed to run the business effectively. Complementing this, the 8-hour on-the-job training offers hands-on experience in managing rental property owners and tenants, handling rent collection, owner and vendor payments, and overseeing lease renewals, property inspections, and repairs.
Franchisees also learn best practices for working with maintenance material suppliers such as Home Depot, managing accounting and bookkeeping, and following the essential do’s and don’ts for long-term success.
