What are the investment requirements to get started?
The minimum investment required is approximately $75,000 for an existing traditional property management company to convert to the Majestic Property Management brand. This includes the franchise fee and other brand conversion expenses. Starting a Majestic franchise from scratch via acquisition requires approximately $95,000 minimum plus acquisition expense. What training and support will you receive?
Majestic provides new franchises 24 hours of classroom training that includes 8 hours of online training and 8 hours of on-the-job training. Training includes Majestic’s company culture, how to “Majestify” an existing property management company, how to implement Majestic’s additional income streams and how to expand the business via acquisition. The on-the-job training includes how to run the day-to-day operations successfully. Majestic provides franchisees support with marketing, accounting, maintenance owner-tenant relations, vendor & employee selection.

What types of properties does Majestic Property Management specialize in?
We focus exclusively on managing middle- to high-end single-family homes. We do not manage apartment buildings, HOAs, commercial real estate, or multifamily properties.
